Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, we offer a straightforward returns process.
14-Day Return Window
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return any item within 14 days from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as Kin Ping Limited cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
How to Initiate a Return
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Before returning any item, you must notify us by emailing [email protected]. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.

Receive Confirmation: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirmation. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Clearly include your order number and RMA number inside the package.

The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed.

Timeframe: Please allow at least 14 days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment. This timeframe includes the processing time on our end and the time it takes for your bank or credit card issuer to post the transaction.
PayPal Refunds and Regional Legal Requirements
For customers who paid via PayPal, the standard refund timeline of at least 14 days applies. However, please be aware that due to consumer protection laws and PayPal’s own policies in certain jurisdictions, there may be extended timelines.
Specifically, for customers in locations where local law mandates a longer period (such as in certain regions of the European Union or other areas with a 30-day statutory right of withdrawal), or where PayPal’s policies require a 30-day window for dispute resolution, the refund process will adhere to that 30-day requirement from the date of the returned item’s delivery confirmation to our warehouse. We strictly comply with all applicable legal requirements for your region.

Certain items are non-refundable and non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

Late or Missing Refunds
